   Publication

Authors of  selected ISOEN 2015 presentations, will be invited to submit manuscripts  for possible publication in Sensors & Actuators: B. Chemical , with the intention of publishing in a Virtual Special Issue that is dedicated to ISOEN 2015 Symposium.

A Virtual Special Issue is a new concept which essentially rules out possible delays in publication for contributors to the special issue and will make the conference special issue more complete and accessible than it has ever been.

Please see below its advantageous characteristics:
 -  papers are published individually in regular journal issues as soon as they are accepted;
 -  Footnotes indicate at which conference they were presented, and will be the source for selection and linking to the virtual special issue;
 -  Virtual special issue is prepared and hosted on Journal homepage site – with links to papers at Science Direct;
 -  Preface and other accompanying materials, such as videos, photos, conference award(s) if any, available via virtual special issue.

(1) a short statement clearly stating its relation to prior work in the field (by the authors or others),
(2) a discussion of results and conclusions from the study, and
(3) whenever chemical sensors are used, a discussion of stability issues over long periods.
Papers missing these statements will be returned without review.
To facilitate review, it is also recommended that papers contain standard section headings (introduction, background, methods, results, discussion, conclusions, and future work).

Reviewing process

Submissions will undergo a  double-bind peer-review under the responsability of the General chair and Program Committeee chair.
