You can register for the symposium on this page The registration for the pre-conf Tutorial is a separate process


Early bird registration rate applies till April 29, 2015.
Late registration rate applies from April 30 till May 31, 2015.
Last-minute registration rate applies from June 1st, 2015.

On-line registration will close on June 18 , but on-site registration will be available during the conference, with payments by Credit cards only.

Accompanying persons are welcome to register

 ISOCS members (both individual and Institutional/Corporate, with paid 2015 membership) were entiteled of a 50 € rebate on the Registration fees (30 € for student regsitration) till May 31 [ENDED]. The proof of membership had to be confirmed by the ISOCS treasury.  ISOCS 2015 membership payment here .

*     Registration fees include one conference entrance, the conference material, the Welcome party, coffee breaks and buffet lunches at the conference venue.

**** Attendees who are not interested in the wine tasting session may instead visit the wonderful Hospices de Beaune .

Registration policy

Every attendee (including chairpersons, authors, committee members) is kindly required to register at the Conference through the online registration system.
Secured payments on the conference website are welcome by Credit cards, bank transfer, bank checks.

The recipient of your payement is the organizer, INRA Dijon, government institute, thru the Public accountant "Agent comptable de l’INRA, 17, rue de Sully, BP 86510, F-21065 Dijon cedex"
On-site registration will also be available, with payments by Credit cards (Amex cards accepted on-site).

Please note than cash payment WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED on-site..

Students registration

Students will need to send a certificate signed by their PhD/Master advisor confirming their status via mail.
Only official documents are accepted, where the contact details of the institution and of the supervisor are clearly identifiable.


We would like to remind the authors that, in order to finalize the scientific program in due time, at least one Regular Registration by anyone of the authors , denoted as Covering Author, is required to cover the presentation and publication of any accepted paper.

One author who has paid the Registration fees may present up to two papers provided that the author is registred and attends the conference to present his/her paper.  


ECRO will support the ISOEN 2015 with travel grants for students ( 500 € for travel outside France or 300 € within France).
They must be ECRO Members with paid dues for 2015 .
 The conditions are described here :
  Only one student per lab will be granted. Preference will be given to students who are the presenting author of an abstract when applying for meeting attendance.
No applicant will be granted twice for the same type of fellowship.
 The application documents:

  • Request letter stating the objectives to be achieved
  • Curriculum Vitae and publication list
  • Supporting letter from the Supervisor or Department Head
  • Abstract to be presented at the meeting 

must be sent to . File names must start with the family name of the applicant.
 The deadline is March 31, 2015 . Incomplete or late applications will not be processed. 
  After the meeting, granted students must send a report to the ECRO Newsletters Editor, giving scientific information about the activity carried out.
